• Led US efforts to apply GPS/satellite technology to aviation and air traffic control.
• Led global initiatives in air traffic management, aviation systems engineering, planning, program formulation, program management, and systems integration for over 20 years.

 Dr. Ellen Menaker |
• A recognized leader and practitioner in the design and implementation of complex real-time and remote training systems and has been active in these related disciplines for civil, military, and academic clients.
• She has taught at the University of Virginia and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and has provided professional leadership in the fields of training program development, evaluation, instruction, cognitive development, and human performance assessment.
• 30 years of professional activity and has recently completed projects focused on distributed learning, skill system development for pilots and trainees, foreign language learning, the use of gaming strategies for learning, experiential learning, and related on-the-job training.
• Her current focus is on the use of mobile technologies for the Department of Defense to foster language and cultural learning vital in current combat areas. |
Jon Ottilie |
• Proven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) skilled in strategic planning, requirements definition, infrastructure/network/website design and implementation, and operational support.
• Provided complex technical guidance, strategic planning, and analytical support to the C Level Management.
